Collagen Peptides

Collagen makes up a large portion of our body and is responsible for proper maintenance of skin, hair, nails, joints and gut health. Since we no longer have the same sources of dietary collagen as we once had I have decided to take collagen peptides as a daily supplement. It also is a good source of protein, with 18 gm per serving.

Cinnamon

Surprised to see this make my list? Its an excellent addition to coffee or toast but serves as a glucose stabilizer. It is commonly used in treatment of diabetes but has other medicinal properties besides stabilizing glucose. It is also a good source of antioxidants and can serve as an anti-inflammatory agent.
