BULLETPROOF RADIO

Bulletproof Radio was recommended to me by my friend Bri (@beachlifeorganic) and has quickly become one of my favorite educational finds in a long time. NPR Radio Hour: The Food we eat

In this Podcast they discuss the history of food, how it has changed over time and, in turn, what affect that had on our bodies. We are reminded how we once would grow, gather, and prepare our food in contrast to today's society. This podcast is thought provoking and definitely worth a listen.

Natural MD Radio

Dr. Aviva Romm is a Yale trained MD who also is a midwife, herbalist and overall medical badass. Due to her extensive training she is capable of looking at the whole person from every medical angel, and the extent of her knowledge base is NOT common. I found her when I was trying to understand adrenal fatigue and adapotogens (ashwaganda and such.)

Balanced Bites Podcast

Diane and Liz co-host Diane's podcast called "Balanced bites." They are paleo based and frequently discuss topics related to that "food tribe's" beliefs. While do not subscribe to any "food tribe", I LOVE this podcast. When I'm driving to or from work I can count on this podcast to keep me interested and give me something to chew on. Always a great listen, frequently focused on women and women's health.
